2.3 Single Account Policy

Deposits and Withdrawals

- jitabet live Slots Festival Bonus: 75% bonus, up to ৳8,000, 25x wagering, minimum deposit ৳300.
- Weekend Cricket Bonus: 60% bonus, up to ৳6,000, 22x wagering, minimum deposit ৳300.
- Birthday Special Reward: up to ৳1,500, 15x wagering.
- Refer a Friend Reward: up to ৳2,000, 10x wagering.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- A member may not claim the same promotion more than once (unless otherwise stated in the terms).
- Bonuses can only be used when real money is active in the account.
- jitabet live reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion, though the terms of already-claimed bonuses will remain unchanged.
- Attempting to abuse bonuses or exploit loopholes may result in account closure.
Betting and Gaming Rules
6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation
A bet is accepted only once it has been finally confirmed. jitabet live reserves the right to cancel bets placed due to technical errors or incorrect odds. The amount of a cancelled bet will be returned to the member's account.
6.2 Result Determination
For sports betting, official and recognised sources are used to determine results. In the event of any dispute over a result, jitabet live's decision is final. For casino games, the outcome produced by the game software shall be considered final.
6.3 Maximum Win Limit
A maximum win limit per single bet or per game session may be set separately. jitabet live is not obliged to pay out any amount exceeding this limit.
6.4 Progressive Jackpot
Jackpot funds will only be paid out after the win has been verified. The verification process may take time, during which an investigation will be ongoing. jitabet live is not obliged to pay an incorrect jackpot amount displayed due to a technical error.
Prohibited Activities
7.1 Strictly Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on jitabet live:
- Money laundering or conducting transactions with illegal funds.
- Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automation software.
- Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
- Attempting unauthorised access to game software or databases.
- Attempting to access another member's account or steal their information.

- Harassing or abusive behaviour towards other members or staff.
7.2 Match Fixing and Fraud
Match fixing, betting using insider information, or participating in any form of coordinated fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited. If such activity is proven, all associated winnings will be forfeited.
Account Suspension and Closure

jitabet live may suspend or close any account at any time, for any reason, with or without prior notice. Reasons that may lead to this include:
- Any breach of these Terms.
- Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
- Failure to complete identity verification.
- An order from a court or government authority.
- Any security-related risk.
8.2 Member's Rights
A member may close their account voluntarily at any time. In this case, any real money in the account (excluding bonuses) will be returned, however any bonus where the wagering requirement has not been met will be cancelled. Account closure requests must be submitted via live chat or email.
8.3 Inactive Accounts
